A bespoke Leadership Module has been developed to equip anyone who is looking develop their position as a leader within their work/industry! This will be delivered on-line on Saturday

Speaker - Michael Askew, MSc - Regional Director Europe Pointman Leadership Institute
Michael Askew, MSc served for over 30 years in the Metropolitan Police Service, London rising to Superintendent where he was Head of Operations in a variety of challenging London roles. He was Public Order and Security Coordinator trained. He has worked in 30 countries. Most recently from 2017 to 2019 he lived and worked in Nigeria countering terrorism. He is now the Regional Director for Europe, Pointman Leadership Institute (PLI). He is a married man with three sons and is a trustee of his local church. He enjoys playing golf and tennis when allowed.

Bejoy Pal: CEO of Ascension Trust
Bejoy Pal, the New CEO of Ascension Trust will share part of his journey into leadership and some of the lessons he’s learned along the way to inspire and develop the ministry moving forwards. From captaining sports teams through his time in education, leading youth ministries and missions to Africa and helping to develop youth and schools work on a national scale, growing a team has always been an important part to his development. He will be sharing helpful insights that can be applied within the initiatives of AT.
