Are you a Street or School Pastor volunteer, a youth worker or work in a youth or education setting? This training module can help you to grasp what it is that influences the development of our youth and bring about effective change. Youth culture is changing fast. Young people have opportunities and pressures that we may not understand. If we are to are to serve young people well, we need to get to grips with their experience of culture.

• 2. Enhance their ability and confidence to communicate with young people in the night-time setting
